It was a very good event. I was very tired when I left. I was trying to get home before dark. I don't see very well at night to drive anymore. Of course it's the country and a deer collided with my car. I felt bad for the deer.
It was great meeting y'all and seeing your awesome trailer!! Your talk was really good- next time I'd love some hands on grafting demonstrations. Tell your wife I love my hand scrub and thanks again for the life saving cup of coffee 🙂
I went last year and had a blast. The nursery set up this year is bigger than last year where I got a Rachel mulberry and a few other plants. Unfortunately, the Self Reliance Festival was in Tennessee and I missed the Scrubfest this year. At least I got to meet Joel Salatin and see him do a broiler chicken processing demo. I hope to attend next year.
The nursery really is amazing – he's got such a great selection. Just about every useful and edible food forest plant for the area! Nice work on the video.
