My cousin, is T2 diabetic and her Dr gave her Trulicity. She was so happy that she lost 30 pounds. She ended up being hospitalized with pancreatitis. I mentioned, that she doesn't need to take prescription drugs. Just start doing Keto and you'll be healthier. She didn't know about the side affects of this drug………she didn't read the papers that came with the prescription.

This is why I love doing hot vinyasa. Always a different routine that requires brain plasticity along with balance, strength training, deep nasal breathing (think nitric oxide), mind meditation. It starts slow and gets so intense the heart rate and VO2 max level is hit. It uses so many of the key needs of the body.
