Epic Gardening: Mimosa Pudica (Shy Plant) Moves When You Touch It! | Full Grow Guide

A few weeks ago I posted a video on my Instagram of a plant that moves when you touch it. It’s called Mimosa pudica, but it’s know by MANY names around the world as it’s a pantropical weed:

– Shy plant
– Tickle me plant
– Sensitive plant
– Touch me not plant
– Putri malu
– …and many, MANY more.

I decided that instead of just doing a video where I touch the leaves and stems to show you the movement, why not grow them from seed and then run some touching experiments on them? So that’s what I did. Larry from the Tickle Me Plant company sent out a little growing kit with some instructions, so huge thank you to him for that.

Watch to the end, because I do a FIRE test on the leaves to see how they react to heat!
