  2. My father is 95.75 years old now and sadly is in a long-term care home. I have pictures of him as a teen in the turnip patch with his sister Winnie, He was a large beef farmer and avid gardener! He could grow anything and did it grow and produce!!!! It was what we ate daily with our meat and in our salads. It was not uncommon to have corn on the cob, new potatoes and carrots with a side of yellow beans or green beans. No meat that supper or lunch. But you were so full and full of plant energy you didn't miss it. I was in the garden when I was a very young child and still am at 52. I write down and am trying to get a book wrote called…"Waste Not! Want Not!" A very old fashioned saying also. I just love watching your videos and now am addicted to the live chats.
