They need a lot more light than they currently get. Do you have a south facing window if in the Northern Hemisphere?
And a lot less organic matter in the soil would be good long term.

If you do not repot it in better soil with less fertilizer, it may not make it. My Mom’s looks like those and 1 has already ripped opened for being to fat and long.
