  1. There's no information on how many degrees of frost they'll protect from, or about the % of UV radiation they filter.

  2. Nos 5, 4, 3, 2 are basically the same greenhouse, marketed by different people.

  3. Your #1 Choice aka Eagle Peak has a con; it doesn't include shelving. Shelving was listed as Pros for the other 4 similar portable greenhouses. Greenhouse shelving is important as is maximizes greenhouse space. Specifically, for gardeners to grow year 'round as we want to grow seed/seedling trays.

  4. I bought one like in the opening scene. Cheap and only lasted one season here in New Mexico – wind and UV are high. Too small. Gets too hot. Build a small hoop house out of PVC, rebar hammered into the ground, good plastic film and treated lumber. Make one end with a large, closeable screened window and the other with a good door. Face it so the prevailing wind cools it. Plans are online. Cost is low.

  5. The Eagle Peak at twice the price of all the others is not worth it. Plus no shelves makes it non starter.

  6. Thank you! I bought the number one 🙂 kind of bummed that it didn’t have shelves but it did seem the sturdiest. I bought the five tier Amazon chrome shelving

  7. These look like tornado magnets, and yet, I can't help thinking that I might want to get one. I'm living in an RV, and I'm technically not allowed to have a garden on my lot. Stuff happens, like a guy will come through with a weedeater and chop down my asparagus plant. I'm not even making this stuff up. I've had some little bits of a garden, but I want it to be safer, and they told me yes, I had permission to use a portable greenhouse type thing if I wanted to. I have had a little pavilion thing that blew down in a windstorm a couple years ago, and I can totally see that happening to one of these. I'm in PA, and we don't get super massive tornadoes, but we get just enough to knock down little structures like these. But I can't help it, I have to watch this video anyway.

  8. I guess the 'con' of Eagle Peak is that it doesn't seem to have its own shelves already with it, whereas it seems like the other ones come with shelves included.

  9. This green house is only good for temporary fix. The ties rot away, zipper breaks, and even when tied down the wind will take it down, mine only lasted a year. Sorry but not worth it.

  10. It appears any brands exactly like the Eagle Peak is your best bet. The lack of frame assembly is a plus. Even if it doesn't come with shelves, you can build or buy more sturdy, stronger, durable ones. I would consider putting raised planters in the Eagle. Two – five are the same ones, and the shelves from what I hear doesn't hold weight well at all. All are going to have wind issues especially our South BAMA weather…

  11. Typical rainy windy day here in Kansas will destroy these little tents and carry them away.
