Cilantro is a great herb to grow. I once thought it was a warm weather herb. It is not. It loves cool weather and it can take frost. I try and grow it 3 ways in my garden. I seed the ground late fall with the cilantro that flowered and went to seed, I start transplants indoors near the end of January and I seed it outdoors with container peas through March. As the 3 plantings are in different stages of growth, I can have a continuous supply over a long harvesting period. More will get planted late spring.
