I have the 5” Dewalt orbital & it’s really good, I only have the battery powered Milwaukee 5” for comparison, but the dewalt feels much lighter and fits your hand better.
At first I didn’t like the cord but now that I use dust collection instead of sanding outside it’s a non issue. Wrap it around the dust hose and you’re good to go
I use the Dewalt for all my big jobs and the Milwaukee orbital + detail sander for the small ones 👍
Is the 8 1/4 Dewalt table saw a good deal or should I bite the bullet and save up for the 10”? Really considering the Skil 10” as it is $299 at Lowes
No such reductions in Australia, sadly. Those so called 'big deals' are really just 'big deal???. The best I saw was 16% off the rest is just big deal by name only. Happy you get the deals. I'll pass on to the next video. Nothing to see here for us Aussies.

I'd had priviously purchased a couple of the "deals" one Item was $20 less when I purchsed it 6 months age the other 10 buck less but that was a year ago.

Re: Deal #2, the two-pack 600lb clamps – last year (Nov 2022) Lowes had a special black friday onwards where two 24" 1000lb clamps were 29.99 so this may not be a screaming good clamp deal. Hard to know

Great video! The best screwdrivers in the world are the "Felo" gel grips. Nothing else comes close and they are indestructible hardened alloy. The Gear Wrench looks really nice, and I actually love their design. Why does nobody make a #2 and a #3 Phillips with a precision small handle? About 99% of screws are #2 and nobody makes a #2 screwdriver with a small diameter precision handle.

Man-o-shebits!!!!! That top of the line Dewalt Miter saw for $424 ??? How do they do that? I think I paid $670 for that saw and still love that thing. Well thought out good controls, precise. The lazer projection of the kerf cut line is often very handy (except in bright sunlight) but that feature alone usually adds $100 compared to the non-laser. Incredible deal on a great saw. Get the fold up roller stand to go with it if you dont have a permanent place to mount it. It is a very solid stand once you adjust the locking cable.

inspiring! –"Success is a journey, not a destination.."Infuriating, I bought the Bosch router combo a month ago from Amazon and paid $243. Was still less than the box stores but *&$%@@!!! This minute it's $170. The jorgenson clamps are now full price as are the Forstner bits.
