IT’S WEEK 9 of my indoor vegetable gardening adventure! Today we dive into the world of indoor strawberry growing!

Follow the indoor food growing journey here!

Introducing my indoor edible vegetable garden! I’m sick of paying crazy prices for food in winter on Vancouver Island, so I decided to attempt to grow it myself, and save my hard earned money! Follow along for weekly updates on my indoor food growing journey!

I was inspired to grow bell peppers inside my home by @mikeschaoticgardening

After watching @clivesconundrumgarden I was inspired to try grow tomatoes from seedling to harvest inside my house (never planting these plants outside)!

  1. I just love your big window.how i wish to have the same..that room would be full of plants like jungle😅.also love your sweatee with the cardinal print..soon im gonna have cardinals in my yard.❤ seedlings are doing good.peppers is soo healthy

  2. I think you could safely transplant that zucchini if you let it get 2, 4, or even more true leaves. I sometimes wait until they're at least 6 inches tall to transplant. You're starting to see good results, Lisa – I greatly admire your commitment to this project!

  3. So last week I stuck the bottom part of some Romaine lettuce 🥬 I got from the store into a pot very drenched. It was stored high on top of something, and I noticed last night it's now tall enough to peak out. 🙂 It looks like I got enough lettuce for one sandwhich now thanks to your inspiration. 😁 Bell peppers have always been a bit challenging to me, but it would be a smart thing to get em strong now, and maybe that'll be the game changer for me this coming grow season. Thanks for the update, and it looks like you're having some continued success. Best of luck on this indoor project flower fairy! 👍 👍 🧚‍♂️🌱 🌿 🪴
