Always nice to have some help 😉.
Enjoyed the video. Thanks for sharing
Looking really good. Question ( I know I always ask a question or two ) did you seal the parts of the stair stringers that are on the concrete so they don't absorb water?
Way to make it happen
Where is the access stairway for the room over the processing room? 😮
Gentle now…. that is a "nail gun" not a "hammer gun" no hitting things with it or I will have to send @Kuz we Kan Farms Heather over there
Good morning
👍👍
Let me start by saying I'm not a builder. I've built a few things and I've screwed up a few sets of stairs. But my question would putting some sheething on the framed. Walls help keep everything square and more stable instead of waiting until it's all framed and then sheething the walls.
I'm feeling so chilly watching you work in that wet COLD weather. Wish the sun would shine longer for you to dry some of that moisture off for you all!😊
Try putting some wool or felt or anything insulating (except fiberglass) between the cement block and your water bucket? Might help keep the spigots from freezing.
Not worth the time!
My chickens looks like yours naked lol love watching y'all as always be safe and God bless you
The only possible negative to the second story final step being even is when the finish floor is in it may feel a touch high. If you catch yourself stumbling you may need to add some material under each tread to make the steps even.
Great job thinking of the stair rail etc. Children and pets etc definitely add a degree of difficulty to the work.
What do you have to say to all the men who have water puddles on their osb floors? LOL – any concerns? I believe the Johnsons painted everything with latex to help with water/weather damage.
Jeremiah 31:10-11
King James Version
10 Hear the word of the Lord, O ye nations, and declare it in the isles afar off, and say, He that scattered Israel will gather him, and keep him, as a shepherd doth his flock.
11 For the Lord hath redeemed Jacob, and ransomed him from the hand of him that was stronger than he. Gods blessings over you .
ok, guys, I know you are not carpenters and the term lvl means Laminated veneer lumber, and that ok so you don't know all the words and know how to do everything and you don't have the speed that DK Ranch Homestead has but he has been doing for over 20 years and I even older them him I am 55 and have been carpenter from way back lol so don't worry you are doing great and I always try to give some help when it can
I just found your channel , very interesting in it, the view is so amazing, beautiful,SUBSCRIBED.
Today I'm giving you the 1st 👎. That alone for 4.5 minutes of conversation at the beginning. That was very boring for me.
I give you a 2nd 👎 for the approx. 4 minute camera shot on the dirty ladder.
That's as far as I watched.
I was introduced to you by Martin Johnson. He's annoying with his self-produced commercials, but you could learn a lot about general camera settings from him.
I'm still your subscriber. The reason for this is that, as an old man, I know that no master has ever fallen from the sky!
Stay healthy.
You guys are always at it. I remember the days of the little ones and working around there schedule and “ help “ . It’s all worth it. Thank you for sharing.
Love your video! It’s nice to see you two working together and smiling and getting it done!!! God bless you and your beautiful family!!!
