Fall is a great time to plant leeks and seed onions. They are very hardy and can withstand frost and freeze. Worse case is… you have great greens come early spring. Best case… is you get greens for salads and mature onions and leeks. Fall planting is a great idea! Give it a try. Plant them in earth beds and raised beds.
