Today I am drying my sage herbs. I really love sage, and I may even do a recipe with it one of these days. Sage is a great herb for the wintertime, but it is also a great compliment to a woody feel, or an oriental feel. Drying herbs is so simple, so hopefully you will try drying some herbs of your own!
