This variety of Italian Chicory, Dolci Talli, is flawless. I doesn’t seem to be bothered by diseases or pests. Here in Maryland Zone 7, I plant it in the spring and harvest through fall. I plant more in the fall and it overwinters nicely. It is mild in the cool seasons and bitter in the warm season but still pleasant to use through all seasons. Try it in your garden!
