I have 3ish gardens. One is 50×60 veggie garden, another one is 20×30 herb garden, and the last one is is more of an edging to both gardens, but thats all my flowers both beneficial and pollinators. I do a lot of canning, dehydrating and soap/shampoo making. I use some of the herbs for teas as well. I love your seeds! They are cheaper than most others, I don't have any problem with germination, the quality is great, just an overall amazing comapny! Thank you!
I am one of those who collect seeds like pokemon cards. No shame in my game, lol. 😂
Happy Birthday!
We always buy our seeds from MIgardener!
I'm so proud of you and what you stand for. I truly believe this is why you have been so successful. You are genuine, humble, honest, and kind. You are a wonderful human and I'm grateful people like you exist. My seed packs just arrived and I'm so excited for this years run! Cheers
I actually have no interest in seed catalogs. I throw them away. I find them tedious to look through.
Great info. And happy 30th birthday 🎂🎁🎊🎈 to you ❤
Thanks for caring about us and our pockets.
Awesome video! Yes a part 2 please!
🤦 of course I see this right after I just placed an order with you….
One thing I'll have to say that might go against what you have said here is the whole FOMO thing. I have learned that if you want something you better get it while you can.
Over the last couple of weeks I've been planning on what I wanted and figuring out what I'd actually be able to do. I'm going to have my first garden in years.
From just 2-3 weeks ago you are out of stock on about half of what I was looking at. Some of it I didn't really care, I can find a different variety or something. Some though I really want and now have to try and source them elsewhere.
I'm not meaning that as a jab at you or the business. Talking to some people I know that garden they have told me it's been rough the last few years on getting seeds. If you see something you want you better get it then because they sell out quickly.
Part two please.

Very reassuring, Luke. And I have some reassurance for people who just have to grow that hybrid tomato or pepper…or cucumber…instead of buying new seed every year, overwinter them. Indeterminate tomatoes are perennials, as are peppers. As for cucumbers, take cuttings and nurture them through the winter, especially if you grow greenhouse varieties that don't need pollination. There are videos about how to prep your tomatoes and peppers for overwintering. Still have some of those seeds on hand in case of failures. But this may help save money, and preserve your favorites.
I have a small garden under 100 sq. ft., you're gonna have 280 varieties available. Luke, you're killin' me.
I prefer MIGardener seeds, not just for the price- which is great, but mainly for the reliability. I wish the shipping did not have to be so high for non-seed items (though I understand why) Because then I'd also buy only their coir and trifecta as well.
Really Luke…..little late we've already visited twice this year and will be back this coming week. It's our winter therapy. Thank you and your employees at the store are very courteous and pleasant!!
Oh no I just made order and you guys shipped it out today.😂😂😂😂
I would like to know a little more about what the differences are in storage on materials, which is to say especially when I'm considering wheat & oat seeds, that are often sold in mylar bags & buckets, bordering my need in between them, I do wonder on them & paper packets in how they hold up.
❤❤❤
My favorite place to my seeds!
If you end up having extra seed. Bag the seed in a brown paper bag, mark what is in the bag, seal the bag.place the seed in the freezer. It’s last for years.
Happy birthday Luke 🎉 I got my seeds ❤
I am thrilled to try your seeds, my order arrived last week!!🎉
Thank you for helping and reminding me not to go overboard
Yes thanks. I keep all your information in mind. Thanks for your seeds.
Yes part 2 wanted “ Thing You Shud know before buying seeds”
Ordered a ton of seeds last yr from this seed company and the package took longer than expected. So they sent me another package and I ended up with two packages of the same order ♥️✨ And yes these seed packs have way more seeds than other brands. Will def order again
And be aware of shipping costs! One mainstream seed company wanted to charge $8.95 for one packet of seeds!
Maybe a follow up could be some mockups of gardens. I live in a mobile home with very little space to grow, & I do have trees in the back. Some need to be replaces with flavorful lemons, so I have grown some from seed starting about 4 years ago, more planted every year. & because I started them outside, no hardening off is needed. I pulled out the cactus, to make it safe & give me room to plant. Green onions do well, but tomatoes don't like the shade of the trees. I also inherited many rose plants, & I don't want to just ripe then out, but I would like to use their location for food. I know other people have much more land to use, but what is the best place to grow what. I have had better luck with zucchini in a 5 gal pot than in the ground, true for the Giant Crimson, best in a 5 gal pot, than in the ground. It seems, the more away from the trees, the better some things do. But, in the summer, we are over 100 deg. and more, so maybe some tomatoes would like more shade? I am sure you have had a lot more issues than I have faced… but I bet you can think of ways of finding space to grow, when some may feel they have no room. Just thought of another thing… Some things I have been thinking of planting, but have not yet… Asparagus… it takes 5 years until it makes something, & the packages has little of when, where to plant, does it like sun or shade? So, for 4 years I have a package to plant… Not from your store. Some food for thought 🙂 Love your videos, & I do share…
Just got mine today! My wife is like, "What'd you do??" I got the Herb Tea pack, the Salad pack and about another 50 bucks worth that will last us 2 or 3 years. Also got the Trifecta I've heard so much about. This will be our first year using the Harbor Freight Greenhouse!! Thx Luke and everyone at MIgardener. We're looking forward to Spring!!
I just got the seeds the other day. Nice! I only buy from you. You’re cheaper than baker creek. Happy Birthday bro!
I have seen seed packets in the store with only 30 mg seeds!
Everyone should watch this video. It’s refreshing to hear such an honest video from a gardener who also sells seeds. The GMO portion was great and I’m so glad you explained this so well because it really bugs me when some seed sellers say “we don’t sell GMO seeds. And they don’t explain why and I believe they should. All videos on this channel are so clear and informative and I will be coming here the next time I do an order.
I tell every Gardener I know about your seeds! Not only are they reasonable but they produce great results. Thank you for everything you do.
Happy Birthday Luke!!
Happy 30th Birthday 🥳 I always check your website for seeds . Great choices, prices & quality!
Luke, can you share what information is on your seed packets that will help a grower know about the variety they're buying/growing?
No shipping to Germany? Why?
😊😊😊Luke can we break the Myth of Heirloom seeds vs Non Heirloom when it comes to diseases and pest pressures? 😊😊😊
Thank you, Luke! You are an awesome teacher!
Can you carry miniature tomato plant seeds to put into those tower planters
Thank you,Luke. Now I understood the difference between Hybrid and Heirloom. I love your seeds and can't stop ordering from MIGardener. I'm still waiting for my last order. Thanks for letting me know about the delay. And happy belated birthday.
