He’s going to be the star of  our family’s dinner tonight! Today, I’m trying something a  little different for dinner… Just picked up: this little salamander  from a legal salamander breeding farm. He’s about to become the star  of our family’s dinner tonight! Cooking this little salamander  was surprisingly easy.

I marinated him in a special blend of spices   and I’m about to put him in the  stone oven to see what happens! And now… Baked to perfection. We were all a bit nervous at first,  but I have to say, it’s delicious! The meat is so tender and juicy,  and the flavors are incredible.

Grandpa, what are we going to eat tomorrow? Dinosaur!

  1. To everyone out there saying that this is illegal, please do your research. These salamanders are edible in some parts of China and are even considered a delicacy, but only the second generation of these are allowed for consumption. The first generation of salamanders, which are wild salamanders, are not allowed to be poached for consumption and have ID tags to help identify a missing salamander. Even though the punishment for hunting these salamanders is only a fine of 50 yuan (6 dollars), the Chinese government has made an effort to protect and conserve these wonderful creatures. Japan's giant salamanders on the other hand are more endangered and illegal to poach, that maybe the salamanders yall are talking about.

  2. READ THE DESCRIPTION they know its endagered but artifficial giant salamanders arent and are made for human consumption!!
