The materials to start onions and leeks indoors, in this video, only cost about $5. I will end up with nearly 150 onion transplants and 25-35 leek transplants. Onions and leeks are hardy plants that can be over seeded in seed cells and be pretty firmly handled when seperating them into individual transplants. No need to be gentle. This video presents and idea for saving money.
