#monsteramonday once you’ve owned plants long enough, you’ll begin to see that losing older leaves here and there is the norm rather than “OMG it’s dying!” – I will cut off this yellowed leaf, photograph the plant again, and you won’t know the difference.

People are too quick to scrutinize the plant itself but not the environment in which it lives: 2️⃣ under these skylights, the plants here get 600-1200 fc during most of the day – which is excellent for most tropical foliage plants. Plants grow into the shape of their light situation – you don’t *make* them grow, you play a supporting role to help them live their best lives.
