I'm going to try to go passion fruit for the first time 💛🧡💛🧡💛🧡
Grow jackfruit😊
I’m looking forward to trying so many varieties that I’ve never tried before.
Thank ramon 🎉
To grow a garden that is big enough to feed at least 1 person per year does have a capped size. A balcony would be too small to create a garden. I happen to know what the correct amount of space is to create a garden that is big enough to feed at least 1 person. I am surprised you don't know!
In my opinion, I think an acre is more than enough space to create a garden. 200 SQFT should be enough space to feed 1 person per year by eating what is in a garden. Anything less than 200 SQFT might cause someone, or people to starve if someone, or people are relying on what they grow with a smaller amount of space. You can look it up yourself on the internet if you want instead of assuming what you think is correct!!!
If someone gives you 1 foot then they will get something that is called starvation. I think 1 foot is fine to start growing some food, but, for food to fully mature that would feed at least 1 person per year I think 200 SQFT is required.
Regarding myself it looks like I am currently using about 1 ruler length of maybe around 12 inches to start growing my food. I am using small corner of my bedroom to grow my food, and it looks like it's working.
I plan on transplanting my sprouted seeds to other pots, or containers, and place it outside when I see better results than what I currently have. I would have more space to grow food outside, but not the required amount I said.
Awesome video, Kim! We really don’t needs huge spaces at all with these solutions. I remember your small space series from a few years ago. Ingenious!
I've got herbs! Mint, spearmint, peppermint, Lemon Thyme, Greek Oregano, Chicory, Parsley, chives, catnip, yarrow, comfrey, cilantro, dill, marjoram, Cinnamon Bail, and Italian Basil. My #3 greenstalk is assembled and ready for peppers. The forecast is for rain tomorrow. If it isn't raining, I'll plant potatoes. I put five cubic feet of compost from my compost bin into my potato bed. All that natural goodness should give them a boost. I'm expecting my best potato harvest early June.
hey we ready
