Plants lurking in corners of the garden from #rhschelsea show gardens past. The Hosta have 3 gold medals & made their debut in 2007 followed by 2009 & 2018! The Aristolochia are from 2017 and have 1 gold medal (they appear to be unkillable – give them a month & they’ll have made their way to the second floor & will be trying to get in the window). They are winding themselves around the mattress screen from 2013. These little shoots will open up into huge leaves. The Asarum I think is also a gold medal winner from 2013 although I could be wrong on this & the Cow Parsley is from 2018 and has been languishing in the same pot ever since 😔. Occasionally I forget to water it and think it’s a gonner but it’s back again & I really should free it from it’s root bound state! .
