Only one week later: leaf number 4 is on the way! I better pot this up and give it something to climb ASAP.

Growth isn’t necessarily constant. It tends to come in spurts. When @terracottaplants gave me this cutting back in August 2019, it sat in water with no leaf action for almost a year (roots grew). Be patient.
