So my cutting is not rooting at all, it had a little bit of rot which I took away and thought everything was going well (new growth) but then I woke up to spots all over it.
What shall I do? I used cinnamon and hydrogen peroxide.
I commented on your other post, but to educate others, this is bacterial disease, which is extremely contagious. A copper fungicide might have some effect, but there’s no guarantee. I would discord these and disinfect everything.

The leaf you are holding is a goner. Just go ahead and pull it off. Then I would use some rooting hormone. Clonex or Bonide or something similar. Stick the node in a prop box or a plastic cup with a cup over the top with damp spagnhum moss or perlite in it. It will definitely take longer to root than if it had a leaf but it still can. It looks like you have a growth point so that that’s a good sign.
