Plant Propagation

Help dont know why Basil propagation yellowing with tiny brown spots

I need help with my basil propagation, which just recently started yellowing and ive been finding brown spots all over the leaves and stem. Ive been maintaining this plant for about three to four weeks already and I've encountered a persistent mold issue for a while. Hoping someone will help me understand whats going on and how to combat this. I have always been changing the water every two days, keeping my basil in indirect sunlight indoors and I have been using an 80:20 solution of water and hydrogen peroxide to combat the mold. I have been spraying the leaves with this solution as well as soaking the roots in the solution for 10 seconds briefly, before transferring them to water, but I ceased this practice a week ago due to the root growth that i had at the time becoming brown and not growing anymore. I've trimmed the brown roots that werent really growing early on to prevent root rot, but some brown roots that i have missed started to have healthy white root growth coming out of them and i dont know if its ok to leave alone or if it'll become a problem later on. Alternatively from what ive been doing, I've just been wiping the mold off gently with soapy water and a soft cloth, which has been doing the trick for now but I'm concerned about the brown marks on the stem and leaves which have been slowly appearing and getting worse ever since ive had this mold issue. I'm unsure if this is due to the mold or a lack of nutrients, signaling the need for soil transfer, since my roots have been getting to that point already. I've also noticed a gelatinous substance on the roots, unsure if it indicates root rot, or its just something normal that happens. Should I transfer the plant to soil now, or should I do some stuff before planting it, like removing the goo from the roots before planting? Is there anything that would explain the yellowing and the spotting? Any advice would be appreciated since I am very new to gardening and this is the start of my plant journey

For more information, ive been putting my basil on a south facing windowsill and letting it get indirect sunlight from 10 a.m. to 8.am. or pretty much when the sun goes down. I have noticed the spots appear about three days ago and the big leaf turning yellow about 5 days ago when it’s roots werent as developed as they are now. I have also been cleaning and replacing the water every two days with clean tap water.
