Does anyone know what this plant is, and if there's any way to save it now that is showing some signs of regrowth at the tips here? I'd given up on it after over watering and seeing it drop all off it's leaves. However it looks like it's still got a chance. Can I somehow replant these new sprouts? Thanks to anyone who can advise!

Wow this things a strong fella! I can’t tell what it is, is it a succulent? Kinda looks like a succulent.
If that’s it then yes chop and prop that if you’d like or leave it and let it do its thing.
May need a repot depending on timing inside that pot and maybe some fresh soil.
Succulents like chunky soil and like dry periods. I water mine heavy and then let dry out completely, making sure the soil is well draining too, not sitting in water. Hope this helps!
