I’m SOOO new to houseplants but just got this baby. Was talking to my friend about it and I offered to propagate it for her, but I’m not sure this is ready to be propagated as it’s too young. Can anyone confirm or deny?

Depending on when you brought it home, give it some time to acclimate.
That said, it looks like you have multiple plants in that pot, and can probably divide it generously when you pot up once it’s a bit bigger, or just separate out one or two stems for your friend!
