Possible to Save these Cactus Segments?

I had a cactus that was about 5' until someone knocked it over 🙁 Now I'm looking at two separate segments, the top and the base. Is there any hope in keeping them alive or propagating them? The cut segments you will see are green and seemingly alive inside
