I’ve got this plant a while ago and it’s going great, but it has many branches and it’s getting messy, so I am planning to cut out these branches to have another plant.
Wait for a while so that it has some stem with more spread out growth. At that point it will be easier to see where to make some chops.

Looks like you have a few Mini Monstera’s in there (which is not actually a Monstera but a Rhaphidophora). I’ve always had success air layering these. If you take them off the pole, they should fall down outside of the pot without breaking. That way you can get a better look at your cut points. I would try to leave a few more node lengths on the side branch from your cut points. That way the mother has spots to regrow from there, in addition to the main growth point..
