Help with some peach cuttings

I have a couple variants of peach cuttings that l’ve been trying to grow, as I overwatered and killed the seeds I germinated earlier in the year. So far I have leaves growing on one, and mold on about 1/3 of the others.
Here’s my setup 19 cuttings in total, about 8 are Cary-Mac. 2 in water, 3 in 50/50 sphegum moss and citrus soil, and the rest in 30/30/30 moss, citrus, and potting soil
11 Junegold cuttings – 5 in water, 3 in 50/50 moss/citrus, 3 in 30/30/30 moss/citrus/potting soil. All dipped in root hormone, in solo cups with 4 1/8″ holes drilled, and ziploc bags over them. No bags or root hormone for the water based ones. I used different soil mixtures to see if one did better than the other – the 50/50 mixture seems to be doing better so far

All soil cups are in a rimmed planter in a corner of the kitchen. Interior temp is about 73° daytime/68° nighttime

The molding ones are primarily in the 30/30/30 mix, though there are 2 in the 50/50 mix. Those are all in the center and receive the most light

The cutting with leaves on it is a Junegold in 50/50, and it’s on the outskirts of my lights

I have Barrina T5s about 6-8 inches above the cuttings, and some unknown grow lights to the side about 8 inches off the plants. Lights run anywhere from 12-16 hours/day

I watered these initially, and have not since. The soil is still moist, it’s been about 2 weeks since potting.

    My questions are:
Does mold (little white hair) growing on the lower portion of the cuttings mean they’re dead, or that they’re in too much water or have too little airflow? If too much water, should I repot and start over?

If the Junegold is starting to grow leaves, should I remove and repot or leave it and see what it does?
Is there anything I can or should be doing to help these other ones grow? I’m not experienced with growing cuttings, and have a marginal green thumb at best. I’m pretty sure I got lucky with one of them growing leaves.

I particularly love peaches and would love to grow these into trees one day. I have a lemon tree that’s… surviving.
Any help would be greatly appreciated – I’m terrible at speaking plant.
