I hope that you enjoyed the house tour
and that it gets you excited and feeling
creative to host friends and family this
spring now before we go outside and look
at the Garden I wanted to stop right
here in our our mudroom and show you
what I have going on with our little
plant babies so this year I decided to
grow some of my cut flowers from seeds
I’ve never done this before and I’m
really really excited with how it’s
turning out so I’ve got Cosmos I
actually did some Dalia from seeds I
usually grow them from tubers and I have
about a 100 tubers that we will plant
out in the garden in a couple of weeks
but I also have some dalas grown from
seeds I have got also a ton of zenas so
I just wanted to have a very prolific
Cut Flower Garden this year in addition
to all of the other flowers that we have
in our garden throughout the summer but
this has been so much fun if you have
never grown plants from seeds I highly
recommend it I can’t wait to show you
what all of these beautiful plant babies
look like come Midsummer now let’s go
outside to the garden for a little

okay friends we are out in the garden
now it is very early spring we don’t
have a ton blooming yet my viburnum is
blooming my panies are about to bloom
I’m so excited about that and we cut
back all of our roses and hydranges
about almost 4 weeks ago now so a lot of
my roses are about to bloom they’re
little buds are getting getting to the
point where I think they’re about maybe
a week or two away I just wanted to show
you what the garden looks like right now
it seems like it’s pretty Lush honestly
for as early in the spring as it is but
there will be so many more flowers come
summer we have cut everything back we’ve
amended did all of our soil we’ve
checked the drip irrigation and we are
primed and ready to plant all of our
little seedlings and all of my Dalia
tubers now next week be sure to check
out the video because I’m going to show
you how I plan out all of my containers
I have tons of containers behind me all
around the house honestly probably about
maybe like 45 or 50 containers and I’m
just going to show you some of my very
favorite and tricks on creating
beautiful container gardens I hope that
you enjoy just a little spin through our
