Tammy’s tiny homes these have been
imported directly from China and it
might look small but in actual fact it’s
going to end up looking like
that
Tammy what do you show us what it looks
like come this way woo let’s go check it
out all right so we’re heading now over
to the fully finished tiny Tammy home
like that and it’s almost finished but
what you’ll notice that it still need
some electricity and some Plumbing done
which is going to be done from the
professionals but what have we got here
why is it on stilts
Tammy to be level we need to we need to
make it level and is it safe to
absolutely it is so you can walk inside
it yes all right we have
12 yep 12 peers 12 p and you put
concrete down I guess no Road Base Road
base and you
put road base and there something
sticking it like sticking it to the
floor yes there you go some and then I
fill it up with rocks so it’s like solid
as a rock really okay cool all right so
we’re looking at it where is the
entrance show
us even got a key even got a key a key g
daddy love it this is the main entrance
which is actually like a French
door and the great thing about it is
it’s got complete privacy because it’s
reflective so you can see out but you
can’t see in except for at night time so
you might want to be
careful
ohow oh my gosh you got TV here did I
come with it no that it’s a nice TV all
right so you can see it’s got laminate
flooring so did you put this laminate
flooring down it’s already it all comes
it folds
here so there’s one of the folds the
roof folds
up okay floor folds down and walls fall
down and this was all
preassembled
no so how did you how do you know what
to do did it come with instructions or
how like was the kitchen assembled
the kitchen was not like that no I had
to build that like that you buil the
kitchen yes so how did The Bu The
Kitchen came it came like in a small FL
in the middle like this bit no it was
built it was built but it’s in two
pieces so two pieces and it sits in the
center and is that
bench pretty impressive oig jar of
lollies here did they come with it
well are pretty good so these all came
with
the that’s not a bad Bill but it does
feel the floor it probably needs a few
more blocks oh you’re shaking it yeah
okay got it so what’s that that’s
electricity oh that’s the main switch
board that’s pretty cool
yeah and it’s got a roof and it’s
electricity I had to get the
electricians in yeah to put Earth wires
to the lights so that’s why oh the the
con there so that’s all new got it I see
so it’s a nice cozy space it’s got like
room for a lounge got TV go nice kitchen
here it’s pretty nice actually and then
let’s go through and look at the
bathroom so you got to step up into the
that’s a nice bathroom that’s pretty
cool so you got like a shower and you
got a toilet and a sink come take a look
that’s pretty cool and you got a cabet
too waiting on the plum I like the
shower it’s so cool and you got a
bedroom so get a bedroom as well my God
that is so awesome so you can probably
put your double bedroom in here double
bed I guess and you got to of Co B it
folds here you can put it what folds
here oh right so you just expanded out
that’s how you built it yeah so was it
heavy it was Heavy absolutely how do you
do it we just like how did you do
this with a car a car can you invite
invite us overo when you going to do the

with these door locks this is a sturdy
door just the Wardrobe as well no we had
to buy they had to buy them looks nice
this is gorgeous so
nice you’ve done you’ve done such a good

like normally I go into shell homes you
know the big massive super expensive
ones but this this is gorgeous and it’s
so
cheap hard work work so you’re going to
be selling these tiny homes online soon

this it’s so water in here so but you
air conditioning though they’ve I’ve
actually run them because they um to get
them to build need fly screens F screen
yeah but you can just cut this hole out
put um a split system right there yeah
well there’s a plug behind there 15 amp
plug behind that for the airon and
there’s one out here as well yeah yeah
cuz you got enough space just put an EG
on in easy all you need is two one for
this room one for this room well done
but I had to cuz it doesn’t come with
shs so that’s what I was doing today I
put the Shelf in that one so you just
cut it yourself yeah just B some mamine
put that one
in put that one in got the hooks on and
I put that one in so now there’s more C
SP so impressive you can always put W
cabinets here isn’t it or you could just
put like yeah painting or picture or
something you know there’s so much
cabinets put your cups cuz you can just
hang this
on it’s hard to screw into it though is
it what is it metal or plastic or metal
is metal but it’s very thin like when we
put the TV up you you have a look at the
back of the TV we had to put the
bolts right to the
wall oh I see it around the other side
got it so what’s this about here so this
is where it was joining or this is where
it joins at the bottom yeah so if you
just lift that up you’ll see that
there’s a join there it just covers the
join got it do this I’ll show you this

little just big enough for you that’s
too big for her it’s too big it’s so

this is really impressive how long did
it take to assemble all of this
assembled the house honestly if I had a
full day it’s up in a day couple hours
really as long as you got all the peers
down and the house is sitting on the
peas 8 hours you’ll have
