would I be able to propagate any of these branches?

    You can try, but you are unlikely going to succeed, if you really need to, make lots of cuttings like 20+ of both hardwood and softwood parts and see if you are going to be lucky enough. It can take 3 to 6 months for them to start rooting, but most likely they will just dry out, die and start rotting.

    The thing is, these hardwood cuttings are supposed to be taken in winter when the tree is dormant with stored energy in the branches. And even then it’s awfully hard, with less than 10% success rate. Large trees like this are easiest to prop via air-layering, which it’s obviously too late for now.
