Plant Propagation

It’s time, but what do reddit plant wizards?

🤔What is my next plan of action to get this bad boy growing up and not out?
Also where should I cut this 5'10" long leg at to properly propagate?
Under the only other leaf?
I humbly request best ideas and experienced guidance!

That pot doesn´t look big enough for the size of your plant, also that poor Monstera it´s in bad shape. If I was you I´ll cut above the first leaf near the pot, that will encourage new shoot on the the remaing stem. Since you only have a bare stem to propagate, you can cut some par of nodes together and put them in water (I propagated 10 Monstera´s nodes without leaves directy in soil and all of them were a success, but it´t more easy to do it in water of in moss)

You have to consider repot the remaing part after a few week into a larger pot with a good soil for tropical plants.
