Friend was nice enough to cut off a few nodes of their philodendron red congo and I’ve placed it in this glass jar of water for 3 weeks. I’ve changed the water every few days and no progress. What am I doing wrong? Should I just pot this?

Mine didn’t root until 3 months 😏
Grow light heat pad rooted pathos and or rooting hormone… takes 8 or 9 weeks for me
If you have a pothos you can drop a pothos prop in with it. I’ve heard they put out a rooting hormone that can help speed things up, although I cannot find scientific support for this claim 🤷🏻♀️
