Looks like my sand rose, Succulent. I have many. They are easy to propagate! Beautiful plant!
Edit: I just image searched it in my plant app. It’s actually a variegated Jade! I was wrong with my guess. Now that I’m looking closer, sand rose has hairs and this doesn’t.
