Chop and prop advice for Thai con following root rot

I posted a couple of weeks ago (in the Monstera sub) about my Thai con that had root rot. Unfortunately after a brief period of looking like things were heading in the right direction, it's gone completely the other way, and I think I'm going to have to chop her up 😭

I have no viable roots, and I'm not even sure how many of the nodes are salvageable. My thought was to take the top two leaves as a top cut (photo with red line), let the end callous, and place on top of damp perlite/vermiculite mix (this is what I have, no straight perlite), and do single nodes for the rest. Three of those nodes still have leaves, one is associated with the very large hole that I had to scrape out, so I don't know what it's chances are. I'm going to douse everything, especially those holes, with sulphur power as well (have already done hydrogen peroxide).

Basically, please hold my hand and walk me through what I need to do for best chances of salvaging at least something of my formerly beautiful plant 😔

Things I have: heat mats, grow lights, perlite/vermiculite mix, coco coir, can make a prop box for wet sticks, plastic mini greenhouse that could be used for top cut and nodes with leaves (house is very dry due to winter and having wood burner on), humidifier that could be used as well as or instead of plastic 'tent'.
