Are these pups?

Bought this Blue Tango Bromeliad about a year or two ago on a whim, I didn't know anything about it and just fell in love.

Eventually the flower died off and after googling I thought I had missed my window for propagation. I stuck it in a window and watered once a week. Noticed it growing wider.

Now I'm wondering if these are pups growing at the root. If so, is there still time to seperate and repot? How do I do it? I looked up Bromeliad propogation but none of the videos I saw look quite like my plant.
