what’s going on guys and welcome to somewhere in SoCal my name is Mike duac and on this channel I show you guys what it’s like to live somewhere in SoCal today’s video we are checking out lynen and ridg line by py Homes at Alber Hill Ranch in the City of Lake Elenor in this video we’re going to check out four models we have four models here including this one right here that is a single story with the option to be a nextg suite which I know a lot of you guys are interested in so we’re going to tour the four models all right we’ll save the other half of the C toac for another day all right we’re going to tour these four amazing models including that Beast right there that’s huge I love that house one of my favorite models in this whole area so we’ll tour those four hop on a map show you guys what it’s like to live here all right just give you a hint Elementary School is right there so you have kids like your your money all right uh High School is not too far either so hop them out show you guys what’s like to actually live here shopping schools medical care commute to different places how close you are to San Diego and Disneyland and all that good stuff all right and then we’ll see these houses so a couple things before we dive into the houses I want to address I always get asked about the HOA and the tax rate the HOA in this community is going to be $184 and the tax rate which includes Melo and any kind of special assessments is going to be 1.97% so I I always like to point that out before we actually dive into this thing I want to remind you guys if you haven’t been here before this is a show that I post every Saturday morning at 8:00 a.m. all right basically showing you guys what it’s like to live somewhere in SoCal I tour a brand new build community like one of these all right but I also resell homes in list homes and do all that kind of stuff but the purpose of this channel is show you guys these new builds all right there’s over 100 new build communities out if you want to come see any of these things all right I build pretty good relationships with these Builders um I kind of know the prices from all these different Builders and I stay updated all the time so whether you’re coming out today tomorrow next week next month and a few months whatever all right reach out I’d love to get to talk to you and kind of see what you guys are looking for that way I can kind of figure out the best fits for you because like I said I’ve been to hundreds of of these homes at this point so I’m pretty good at putting the puzzle pieces together but uh yeah anyways let’s go ahead and hop in for house all righty guys so starting off we’ve got the stwood now this is going to be a 4 to6 bedroom model 2792 s ft with 2 and 1 half to four baths depending on the options here this one right here starts at basically 686,000 and then right now with their availability they got anything from $696 all the way up to 804 depending on options so uh just give you guys a reference there with some move in time so as we walk up here you’ll see first off we got this sales office which will basically be the garage once you know if you were to buy this house or you know this version of the house these stairs won’t necessarily be here be a driveway going up to a garage right here you do have this nice patio right here as we enter nice little seating area which I really like you got a cool view right really good mountain views here or Hill view I guess you should say all right so as we walk in smells are good in here right I really like the stly out there nice entryway give you guys a little pan of everything here all right and to the right we’ll walk this way we have our first bathroom here so bathroom number one you got your shower tub combo got wall with the accent there pce art that’s cool right and we got our sink our mirror or medicine cabinet there’s in that color really nicely right and that bedroom number one kind of a guest bedroom right as we enter the house almost it feels a little on the smaller side but it might just be really big furniture right it actually probably is maybe I don’t know it’s it’s wide but kind of short you got those wooden closet doors see how deep these closets go kind of a standard closet with a rod and a Shelf got the flooring in here love that stair gu we get that later though all right so as we enter here you got your your living room like those pieces they added right here too these like cabinet things on the side that rug you just notice the sh wrap on the wall there really cool texture kind of wrapping around and making this kind of unique on its own there big window going out to the backyard we’ll check out in a sec like this entry way you use the space from there we walk in you get your little your kitchen and your dining area so we start the dining area like that light picture hanging down really cool table too I like the way that the woods and the blacks and stuff kind of all blend together and then they got the walls here too you got your kitchen it’s got a nice big island here all right one thing I always like to point out right there’s no sink here your sink’s going to be off the side over here so if you’re entertaining or something right here number one you still got to view of the TV there you got your dining there but you know you don’t have those dishes stack it up here you can kind of just hang out around the island and socialize and do all that good stuff right you got your your schmancy microwave above the oven here I really like a lot of the builders that are starting to do this where it’s not just you know how you know even just a couple years ago they have the microwave kind of just hanging here above the stove cabinet suit when all Li the ceiling those decorative little windows up top see Pantry Corner Pantry here decent size Pantry space to store some stuff there that’s where I put my coffee station right there that’s where my C egg is going yeah this is like a I’m spending more time in this kitchen than I normally do but once again show you guys the sink really nice sink loing the countertops and the backlash how it all matches and you get this view out to the backyard go check that out oh before we get there all right so this is going to be the garage access so right now this is going to be the three car garage entrance I this right here is our storage Under the Stairs little shelf in a rod there and I like the way they got this set up with this little like mudro is thing little piece here as you enter through the garage take your shoes off or do whatever you do but anyways let’s go up to the backyard all right the one thing I really love oh about the backyards here are going to be how big they are huge Lots here all right you just walk out here and you can see just how big this is you know if you’re someone who wants a pool there’s definitely enough room for a pool some really cool Landscaping now again these are going to come as a blank canvas all dirt for the most part all right um I just kind want to give you guys an idea of how how big this is like like look how look how far away I am from the house like way back there and there’s still like half of a backyard to go this way so more than enough space um one thing I do want to point out typically when there’s it depends on the Builder but depending on how many feet of incline you got here at a certain amount of um feet that are I don’t know inclined on these Hills uh the Builder will actually landscape some of that typically so that’s something to point out and you see a fire pit over there really nice setup and then and just want to point out that covered patio right that’s kind of just built into these houses which is really nice in the summertime if you’re not from this area it gets really hot in the summer we’re talking you know sitting in the high 9s on a regular basis so uh it’s really nice to have these covered patios and you can maybe put like a fan up here or misters or something and I mean just me right now I I think today it’s in the 70s and there’s a significance significance a significant difference from where I was out there just to walking under here so um you know this is a big big plus let’s go back in and walk up stairs a window by the stairs that’s kind of cool looking out I really like going be greeted with a nice Loft area really cool area up top like the they painted the walls too a wallpaper over there there then you got that huge window looking out to the backyard and depending kind of which direction your house faces you’re going to have some amazing views you know out that way you have like sunrises above the hills or the other way you’ll have some Sunset so really good Hill views we’ll go to the right over here got a little like linen closet type thing we’ve got our laundry room those built-in cabinet it’s up top loving that get the sink here and obviously washer and dryer right next to that oh I guess around the corner here going have I guess we’ll call this bedroom number two now this one’s really long this feels like a pretty good size it’s like long and narrow then you got this walk-in closet here and this is more than your typical like Popin closet if that makes sense if you watch any of my other videos where has these like closets in the corner this feels bigger than those ones that I normally talk about when I call a Popin closet you can actually like walk into this one a little bit but really good size room here next to that we’re going to have what we’ll call bathroom number two you got the two sinks the giant mirror you got that medicine cabinet kind want to PL that same accent wall that they’ve got throughout the house that color is really tying the whole house together all right and then you will have a door here for that privacy separating you got kids getting ready in the morning for school you have your kids like rushing teeth washing face doing the hair whatever and someone else going to the bathroom taking a shower so I really think that’s a nice feature to point out all right now here we’re going to have bedroom number three right off of that it’s kind of a cool little setup there it’s super cozy looks like a couch SL bed I don’t want to call it a futon but it literally looks like a super comfortable there and then you got see this is kind of I say a pop in closet this one’s smaller than the one that we just saw but it’s still you know really good space for if you got a kid living in here you got tons of space on the floor for a dresser or something lots of space there right next up we’ll go to bedroom four this one feels pretty wide I mean pretty good size room I think that one room kind of just felt small because the furniture was bolt here pretty good size room here this window looking out you guys could just see those Hills man the uh the sunsets that way gorgeous sunsets here all right then we got our closet here so all the rooms upstairs have these like mini walk-in Popin closet type things we’ll head across the way to the master beds room all right so we get to the master and this thing is pretty big really big so let’s give you a little pan [Music] there wower so super wide Master got I mean natural light got a big window here you got there on each side of the bed you got the windows really cool setup and it’s kind of separate from the other rooms on the other side of the hallway there opposite the Loft we’ll walk into the master bathroom the black trim there and once again they got all the touches you know the same counters as uh the island and the kitchen downstairs awesome light fixtures there’s so much you can do there’s big windows out to the front you got your bathtub shower I loving that black trim and also even just like the black handles and stuff on the cabinets really ties everything together really nicely here got another linen closet you got your throne area and we got our walk-in closet lots of space here with that built-in cabinet as well something ulti does a lot is those those built-ins kind of come included what I understand houses I sold that anyway so I’m going to do the spin test in here like it’s super long so you can see that like here I’m the edge um you’re basically TV screen that you’re sitting watching through is at the one end of like the rod of the closet so lots of space that way I turn sideways it’s I don’t know maybe a little bit less than my arms length wide that way so uh pretty good space in there but yeah that one wraps up this one again this one right here was called the Stanwood starts at 686,000 got 2792 ft four to six bedrooms depending what you want to do with like The Loft and some other things 2 and 1/2 to four bathrooms a 3car garage all right so let’s go check out the next one so next up we’ve got the proy and this thing is a beast this one right here is 3,337 ft 5 to7 bedrooms four to five bathrooms three car garage starting at 734000 that’s kind of the base price but right now all right oh that’s the price they got nothing ready until the end of the year so base price there and you’re going to add whatever so you got your options to add in there so anyways really really wide footprint on this one a nice little column as we ENT the house you kind of just see like I want you to just notice like you saw how wide the house was I mean you’re going to have a pretty good size front yard depending how you want to landscape it but you know obviously it’s kind of more deserty right their way they’ve got it but we’ll go ahead and flow into this one all right this one this one of my favorite things when you got this over with I want to show you that first all right so this kind of has the feel of like a I don’t know the house I’ve seen in Texas would been in Texas you got your like dining area off to one side as you enter so you got to I’m going to say that’s the formal dining area right there kind of I’m going to imagine goes in the kitchen back there but go to the right a full bathroom right here so bathroom number one shower tub combo here your toilet your sink all that good stuff right here we’ve got like a linen closet type of thing all right and then we’ve got bedroom number number one right really I mean I’m not say really good size but it’s a I know standard size bedroom I guess it feels good doesn’t feel too small doesn’t feel super big just kind of standard got that big window looking out to the front as well off that dining area before we get to the great room oh we got a movie theater so tons and tons of storage Under the Stairs all right if you’re brand new or haven’t been around to the channel we called us the movie theater cuz my kids uh my brother-in-law had a house in hunington Beach had like this when they little kids they used to go under there and watch movies on Ipad hanging out in this house having barbecues by the pool and stuff so we called these the movie theater so now you’re you’re in on the on the joke I guess anyway so we walk in here to our great room and this is a really nice entertaining space holy cow do a little pan for you guys here all right so we’ll start off with the living room right here I didn’t even mention the stairs you got the stairs going up like the railing there have you guys seen that Meme online like you know you don’t you you’re not rich until your uh your couches don’t touch the wall or something like that I don’t know anyways this feels super luxurious in this living room area got that accent wall behind the TV there lots of natural light coming in we’ll go out the backyard in a second all right about you got your dining area here I guess I would call this a bre S type thing cuz over there we have what I would consider the formal dining right but you got a little dining area right here that light fixture a cool little piece with the clocks all right we’ll get to the kitchen in a second but first this little built-in home office type thing is super cool so if you got kids or maybe you work from home this would be a good spot to shoot or if you’re someone like I’m just thinking like my wife like if she does like some Cricket like arts and crafts type stuff be a little station for that too uh you wanted to make that work but Ling this little calendar thing they got on there some really cool touches theyve got and then the countertop here matches the kitchen love that and it looks like we got a little storage closet off of that so if you’re someone who works from home this might be a really cool spot or like I said if you got kids homework all right so we got our kitchen here with a ginormous Island I’m loving the the kind of that bluish color I’m a little bit color blind but I think that’s blue I think it matches that couch and that couch is for sure blue so you got a really Big Island right here nice giant sink this is kind of just lights up there this is like a I don’t know this feels like home right it’s not we’re not too far away from the living room you can stay here being in that you know cooking or doing whatever uh watching dishes be in that conversation there and you know watching TV that sort of thing you can have people sitting there this just feels like a really cool spot to be in in this house little coffee station set up there you guys the stove and the ovens really liking the feel of this one got your microwave oven and then some pull out drawers below that oh something really cool that P does and some other builders starting to do is if you like the furniture in here you can actually like they have a link to it too so if you like the way things are set up or something in particular you can actually buy it anys all right cool let’s get back here so we’ve got our pantry right off of that garage really good size Pantry much bigger than the previous house little this is kind of obviously it’s not built in right this is a cool little piece to have here as you enter the house from that garage all right and then you got this bedroom right here which basically is a mini Master which is super cool to have downstairs so this isn’t an exen house but right you could have someone living down here with their own private bathroom that on Suite back there so really good size room downstairs here this we’ll call this bedroom 2 or mini Master we got they got their own storage closet there a little Popin walk-in closet and then they got their own private bathroom a shower there we’ve got toilet sink all that good stuff oh that’s kind of a cool texture on that wall noticed that before super cool and kind of hases in that that blue with the kitchen and the furniture over Over Yonder all right so before we go upstairs let’s go check out that backyard all right so note the double doors here really cool for entertaining to have these things slid open all the way obviously this is an upgrade but really nice you got your patio patio coverage there got a built-in Barbecue on this one want and just a huge backyard as I you know fly the Drone up you’ll see like all these houses have just really Big Lots you know so much if you have an imagination and the budget you can you can make this thing real sweet all right so I’m going to go ahead and get these doors closed up and we’ll head upstairs um while I’m doing that just remind you guys that this is a show that I do every Saturday at 8: a.m. all right so I go to new communities I film them on Monday or Tuesday get them out on the following Saturday all top of the stairs all right so instead of boring looking at stairs I was talking to you top of the stairs we got a giant Loft area like the way they got this homework thing set up right here the kids these leaning wall desks I’m going to take a breather for a second not going to lie a little out of shape talking and walking you got cool view out there my goodness really cool Vibe here big big Loft and then of course you had what I pointed out when as we entered this kind of overlooks the entry to the house this also feels like very Texas to me all righty but right here top the stairs we got our next back bathroom full bathroom here sink toilet shower tub combo got your mirror right next to our next bedroom so this will be bedroom three I believe if I count it right this feels almost the same size as the one that’s probably directly below it the first one we saw we got this big window looking out guys I can’t get over these views you know it’s crazy I love it get the school there there’s a park beyond the school just a feel so as you come the stairs you obviously got whoever is in this bedroom has this bathroom and people hang out in the Loft there’s a bathroom right here for them too the corner here we’re going to have pretty good size storage closet the shelving in there walk down this we’ll skip the master sa for last all right to the left we have another bedroom this one feels a pretty decent Siz bedroom I kind of like that you got the surfing dude and then you got these sharks there that’s pretty cool oh this one’s got its own bathroom too what oh it’s a little Jack and Jill all right so you got a pop in closet here little storage area here for the bathroom you got your own sink on this side you’re going to go into the bathroom with the toilet and you got the shower tub combo but then as we walk through that all right we got another sink area right here for this bedroom all right I’ve lost count of bedrooms so I’m sure the editors will throw it on the screen anyways we got another bedroom here this one feels huge guys this bedroom is huge oh it’s got a little wraparound thing there to a to a closet wow you got the two rods in the shelving o built-in shelves there I guess I can actually walk into that one so this is a really cool room I don’t remember it like that the first time I was here and so that was that room and it kind of wraps around that room all right then right off of that we’ve got our laundry room laundry those built-in cabinets you got the sink oh there kind of extended countertop cabinets and built-in cabinet at top really cool there and this right here is basically the brains of your house you guys get your Wi-Fi set up there security system surround sound everything just so you don’t have like wires and random spots in the house so that’s a really cool feature and then last but not least we have the master bedroom really really big room here going to kind of go in the back Corners to show you guys just how big this thing is all right we got this really cool like decorative piece on the wall extra here got that big big mirror not mirr big window looking out to that backyard it’s nice therea there and then we flow into the master bathroom right to the right we’re going to have our Throne area we got our tub our shower got a big window there more light there giant countertop of the Dual sinks lots of cabinets and drawers giant mirror you got the medicine cabinet right there and then we’ve got our walk-in closet ET there we go so pretty decent Siz closet I’m do my my wannabe spin test here so you guys you just see how long it is down that way you got the built-in cabinets right here I’ll spin a little bit to scrunch my arms but it gets the job done uh yeah this house was pretty impressive I thought I think overall is really really nice uh once again this right here was called The Prodigy starting at $734,000 $3,330 7 ft I’m lost 5 to 7 bedrooms four to five bathrooms and a three car garage plus this huge Loft and a huge backyard anyways I’ll see you guys on all right guys before we dive into these final couple houses I want to do what I always do hop on the map and show you guys what it’s like to actually live here all right so we’ll hop on the map and go over uh the schools the medical care shopping commute times like proximity to things to do and that sort of thing uh before I do further Ado let’s dive into the M all right so you’ll see right here we’re at lynon at Albert Hill Ranch in lake El are also ridg lines here so all those communities uh by py and Centex are right in this little cold sack right here there’s some other ones over here as well within alberhill Ranch and Nichols Ranch and stuff like that so you’ll see we’re just kind of northwest of actual Lake elnor but I wanted to kind of show you just you know 30,000 plus you know view of of where we are um you know as far as proximity to other things see tacul here about 30 minutes is from tacul about 25 minutes from the Tula prominade the mall down here kind of just south of Marrietta close to men as well so uh I’m going to zoom in here and kind of just talk about what life is like right here so um the first thing I’m going to talk about is the schools all right you can see already right as we zoom in here all right so you can already see here at the end of this cack that we’re on right now we got uh Alber Hill Elementary School they got the wrong little logo there but I promise you it’s there you’ve seen on the video so Alber Hill Elementary would be the elementary school like I think I’m going to do the math here cuz it’s a super short drive we’re talking less than two minutes all righty uh the Middle School let pull it up here so I can show you guys the middle school is be terracotta middle school so let’s go here pull up our handy dandy directions directions Terra cot in middle school all right boom a 5 minute drive it’s a tough one all right oh the one thing that is confusing is is we do have right over here you’ll see across the freeway so there’s a 15 freeway so you got super close access to the freeway here so if you’re someone who needs to commute you got freeway there which is awesome all right so this High School right here is going to be about know less than 10 minutes we’re talking about 7 minute drive there that is super close Okay but they’re saying that Lakeside High School is the one that we’re zoned to so I’m going to type in Lakeside High School and see what that drive is like so I don’t know oh that’s really close to so I mean you got two high schools within 10 minutes in each Direction so um all the schools you need are within a 10-minute Drive which is awesome um as far as shopping goes just some things that people care about all right you can already see Costco on here but I’m throw Costco up for you guys there’s a nice big shopping center actually a couple of them over here all right but you’ll see Costco that was not the Costco I wanted or is it no that not the Costco I want to pick the wrong one all right so as far as Costco goes you’ll see boom we’re literally just one freway exit away or you take the back roads there so you’re 7 minutes from this Costco and right now I’m doing this it’s basically Rush Hour you know it’s night time 7:00 at night basically um so you got that and then the shopping center you also got your Walmart you got McDonald’s Subway Ono Hawaiian uh so this is kind of just going to be the main Hub of wherever you need to go to do things I believe there’s a yeah there’s a Target there’s a Lowe’s close by to here too a Home Depot so this will kind of be like the main little Hub now as far as a mall goes I wanted to meula is probably your best beted about 25 minutes away um they do have the outlets at like gor right here all right I I’ll be completely honest I don’t think many of the stores are filled right now um I I’ll be I my wife’s been there I’ve never been to this to these Outlets I’ve driven by it several times right off the freeway I think last time I heard like half the stores were out of business so I don’t know anyway so uh your main shopping and that sort of stuff’s going to be in kind of right here off of central a I believe it’s Central yeah Central Avenue lots of different things to eat and stuff like that uh the really cool thing is like I said we’re about 20 25 minutes away from the mall in Tula the prominade down there and then you’re also really close to just the other eateries down in like Oldtown Tula with all the not going to say mom and pops but kind of like the one-offs like your your local eateries not your big National chains so that’s kind of further down the freeway down here into tul about 25 to 30 minutes just depending on traffic down into here you also got Pachanga the casino down here um that’s you know 35ish minutes 30 35 minutes something else that’s really unique and cool about like Elenor um you know if you’re into sports or just having a good time all right they have a minor league baseball team Lake Elenor storm all right their stadium is right here by the lake diamond stadium of Lake Elenor really cool atmosphere um our I live in men our little leag does a um basically like a fundraiser event we go and we ta you tailgate there the kids do a parade around the field and then just a really cool atmosphere to you know not even like I’m a huge baseball fan I went last Friday I I didn’t even watch the Bas I was hanging out with people you know eating having some drinks stuff like that so just they like these patio deck type things where you can hang out with with people you’re there with you don’t even really have to watch the game it’s a cool atmosphere to watch the game they got you know just Minor League Baseball your typical minor league baseball stuff but just a really cool like outdoor Vibe um with a cool little spot right on the lake right there um there’s also the golf course here uh other golf courses in the area as well but if you going to you know go into the lake your Lake access and be on this side of things um you go camping you know take your boat on lake that sort of thing other lakes in the area if you’re not going to go on Lake elnor you got Lake Paris or Paris Lake up there we got Diamond Valley Lake we got Lake Skinner then I also kind of just want to show you guys just commute times if you’re someone that needed to commute to I don’t know I’m just going to put Disneyland I know you don’t need to commute to Disneyland I’m just saying just showing how far away we are from Disneyland here all right Disneyland Resort is keep in mind like I said this is kind of rush hour traffic time all right 45 minutes away from Disneyland all right if we wanted to go into Irvine you had to commute to Irvine all right let’s put the Irvine Spectrum just for reference all right you’re about 42 minutes from there now obviously morning traffic time might be a little bit different all right let’s go to this you know Sand Diego Gas Lamp down downtown San Diego all right an hour and 15 minutes there so you’re really close to a lot of different things so there’s lots of you know good things to do lifestyle wise um and then also just why I always talk about wine countes since we’re down here near tcta um let’s go fi that’s my wineries that I like all right F fi I said feler all right feli the winery so Wine Country about 35 36 minutes away um so you got like I said tons of different options around you here one other thing I forgot to talk about was the medical care around Alber Hill Ranch so let’s take a peek here and see what we got how far away things are all right so you got Mission Valley Medical Center here in like Elenor it looks like that’s really close um total Valley Emergency Care Center right there and the one thing I for to mention was the hospitals that are close by so if we go here we got manife Global Medical Center which is going to be their closest one or Southwest Inland let’s see how far this one is right so you got Hospital right here and that one’s going to [Music] be landing Ranch all right so you’ve got a hospital just down the 15 freeway about a 15minute drive to that hospital if you’re someone who has Kaiser Permanente all right you’ve got a couple different Kaiser facilities nearby Kaiser ente Herman and wemar all right so the one in wildar is probably going to be the closest medical facility there once again that’s 15 minutes so right next to the other hospital if you needed an actual Kaiser Hospital there’s one Maro Valley all right so to Kaiser all right although if it’s an emergency you can get to these other ones but the Kaiser Marino Valley is going to be about a 40 35 40 minute drive so um that’s kind of what medical care looks like around here so you are like with most of what you need going to be within 15 minutes of living here in Albert Alber Hill Ranch all right so that was basically life out that was life at Alber Hill Ranch as a tongue twister for me all right show you schools the shopping the commutes the Medical Care things to do that sort of stuff all right before we dive into the last couple houses I just wanted to talk about one last thing uh in addition to doing this YouTube stuff uh I actually do like list houses as well and I’m also a real estate investor so every house or every month I I try to buy a few different houses for flips and that sort of thing so I’m really good at with my pricing strategies and like I’m really up to date with what’s going on the market not house did the whole video thing showed them the the trends the response I got was Capital wow all right they were really like Blown Away by the I guess the level of professionalism and effort I put into it so um there’s no obligation there just for me sharing my opinion on your house so if you’d like to use me to sell your house and help you buy a house here cool if you got your own person out anyways let’s get back to the to next up we got our first single story floor plan we’re going to see today it’s called the exitor or exitor I don’t know exactly how to pronounce it anyways this one right here is 234 ft 3 to four bedrooms two to three bathrooms you can have a two or three car garage the sales office obviously will be a garage uh on the house that you get all right and this one starts at $674,000 all right so look at this one right here the outside you kind of get a feel for things they’ll obviously have different elevations as we go BL into this nice little path or hallway to get into the house oo voila you guys can pick that up on the mic but a Genie or something anyways all right cool we got this little art thing as we enter really wide looking hallways kind of go either way let’s just start to the left I guess so this going to be the garage entrance right here right now it’s the sales office then we’ve got our little storage closet type thing and a pretty good size laundry room for a single story floor plant those built-in cabinets up top you obviously got the sink right here and then your washer dryer across the hall ooh this is really cool so this is probably what the equivalent of the Loft would be in a two-story house right but you’ve got I mean this could be just some Office Den area could be like a second living area you got this window going out to the front this is feels pretty big this is way bigger than like the normal office or Den or study in you know most of the single stories I see across the hall here you’re going to have bathroom number one you got that shower tub combo you toilet then you got two sinks which is always nice the medicine cabinet there all right then next to that we’re going to have bed room number one kind of a standard siiz bedroom I feel really tall cuz the bed’s low this a big window looking up to the back side of the house got a little Popin closet right here o it’s a little bigger than a Popin closet mini Walkin there we go not going to do the spin test but lots of space there for being a secondary bedroom we’ll go down this Hall before we get to that next bedroom there’s some shelves and then here we go bedroom number two all right this one feels a little bit bigger than the one we were just in kind of unique looks like a window mirror thing kind of cool I probably put a TV there and a dresser but he that’s your thing and you got the closet here sorry I did that too fast for you guys you guys see that for a second pretty good size feel just note that they got you know these uh nightstand things on both sides of the bed just just kind of illustrate how wide the room is here so really good size room then we got our we got three rods to hang up on this one those shelves too so lots of space in the closet [Music] there piece on the wall all right and then boom now now for the rest of the house this entryway is super cool with this wall right there the texture on it you got the that artwork and I really like this mirr thing is pretty sweet I kind of like almost like another balls but like for whatever has like a pearl necklace type feel oh my gosh this great room is humongous if you’re someone who likes or needs you know that single story floor plan this is really nice slow P for you guys see everything all right we’ll start off right here in the living room all right all right so the master bedrooms back through there we’ll do that last right we got a really big living room and then note that the walls back there match the hallway texture that we had earlier it’s a really big living room with those windows looking out to the back we got a little dining area right here the light there got a decent sized Island got a big old sink good size here there we go this is really this is just a cool feel like I mean you just be here doing your thing you got you’re just in the mix of everything even if you’re in the kitchen I love it really cool setup once again we got our microwave our OV our drawers fridge and then wow this is a big Pantry for for a single story house we got a ginormous Pantry probably the biggest single story Pantry I’ve ever seen all right before we the master let’s go to the backyard all right so note we got you know got the covered Pao on the single story which is not not typical I’m really liking this flow f all right so I’ll show you guys what the backyard looks like now these are a little bit smaller than the twostory ones across the street but still pretty good size [Music] backyard just give you guys some inspiration here these do come as a blank canvas you see the vinyl fencing on the sides right and then if you’re backed up to a road you have that you know brick cinder block type stuff in the back so just kind of give you a little vision of the backyard let’s go in and check out that master [Music] bedroom all right so we go in and check out the master say hello hello there I am all right here’s the master whoa this thing is big really good size master bedroom I got a horse head there art and pottery type stuff that that window looking out to the backyard I know a lot of people really love that especially you got kids you can kind of be in your room doing your thing kids can be playing in the back out here you got this window off to the side too and one other thing I wanted to point out always do just the texture on these walls just the the little touches that add a lot to the space going into the master bathroom you got your two sinks big old mirror got a this is a really good size shower holy cow I was with some clients from YouTube the other day and we were at a a spot and this is kind of the shower that they would want they didn’t didn’t have the right shower size they don’t they don’t like bathtub they like the shower only in the master and this is kind of what they were looking anyways I’m show them this all right so there we go right there we got a little linen closet and then around the corner here we’re going to have our Throne area that and then we’ve got our walk-in closet so lots of you know rods to hang you got the shelving up top right built in there I will do the spin test on this one because I can all right I’m have to scrunch a little bit in that one corner oh have my hand on that but anyways uh I’m a little bit dizzy because of my first actual true spin test of the day all right but we’re going to wrap this one up here so this one right here was called the exitor $674,000 234 ft three to four bedrooms depending what you want to do with that Office Den thing that we saw earlier two to three bathrooms and then you can have a two or three car garage let’s go to the next one all righty last but not least we have the E this right here is a rare thing to have this is a single story that can be a next gen all right meaning it has like a next gen separate entrance type of thing so uh the E itself is a 5 to six bedroom model 2641 ft 3 to four bedrooms you got that next gen I’ll talk about that in a second all right and this one starts at $71,000 all right so first things first let’s just take a peek at the house you got your driveway there this nice long walkway all right so there’s the option so right now it’s not modeled with the separate entrance but basically there would be a separate door entrance right over here for the next gen i’ imagine there’ be like a sidewalk thing going to that so you do have an option to do that there’s tons of options here uh if you want the option sheet let me know I’ll be able to get that for you but walk in here [Music] anyway and they just so you guys know they got some of these as quick movein as July and September so just keep that in mind all right so we walk in here really wide entrance loving the floors I’m going to start to the right where the next gen area would be all right so I would imagine there’s a door here but let’s find out together all right you got an office then studio type thing right here with that window looking at that porch pretty cool little setup all right okay I lied abort abort that’s this is all part of like the actual house the nextg spots like right here so there would be a door here for the nextg type thing if you wanted to separate permanently or whatever all right so this is like the next gen side of things all right so you’ve got storage closet there kind of just show you the flow of things so that entrance I talked about would be I don’t know if it’ be that side or this side of the window basically so it’ be configured a little bit differently right but you got this living area I’ll pretend I’m walking into it it obviously be set up differently but you’d walk in your house here is the next gen first to this little living room setup type thing they have a kitchenet feature they can build into so this model doesn’t have it but you can get it done all right so this would be the nextg bedroom pretty good size room I guess one of the downsides would be you know the person living here wouldn’t have that walk-in closet that’s typical with the nextg Suites but whatever you do have the bathroom here got to stand up shower you got that you know that privacy on the side of things that closet and then boom okay cool now we’re back to the real house all right so we’re going to call this right here bedroom one all right cuz the other one was for the nextg right although you could have this not be a nextg and have it all as one house so totally up to you all right but this one here is mini Master it’s got its own bathroom as well really cool bed and we got the closet right there all right before we go down the main part of the house I’m going to cross the hallway here all right so we have our garage access here you’ve got closet area and then we got our laundry [Music] room cabinet there shelf above machines all right so now we’re going to get to Boom the rest of the house all right I got the kind of color it kind of it’s really inviting it almost feels like you’re walking into a i fancy restaurant in Vegas or something although I know the rest of the uh just house they tied it all in I like that got that tying that you have the master through there we’ll check that out in a second but whoa this is big really big great room right here we’ll start off in the living room feels really sophisticated this extra little bench thing there you got your dining area here I like how they can have the like I’m more of a fan of the rectangular shape of the dining table versus some of the other models have that Circle you don’t the space really called for a circle cuz it wasn’t that much of it but I might fix there no empty space here all right and we got a giant Island as we head into the kitchen big old sink and we’ve got cabinets one thing I do want to point out I didn’t point this out the other ones all right depending I’m going saying like 99% chance when you buy a new build all right California has gone electric so anything that was started being built when they broke ground after January 1st of 2024 it’s going to be electric so there’s only a handful left with like the gas options so obviously this model was built before then but if you were to like buy one from scratch you’re probably going to have an electric stove CP we got the oven down there got the microwave up top go in here to our big dang both these single stories have huge pantries like yell like hello anyways all right let’s go check out the backyard real quick oops the door door’s beating me all right so once again we got that covered patio put a fan up there misters or something this side feels a little warmer than those two store hous we were at all right so just some motivation in the backyard they got that Barbecue built in there once again this comes as a blank canvas this is kind of cool I’m actually going to walk over there it’s little like sunbathing platform may give you guys a better view of some stuff I don’t [Music] know some space out of the house I imagine I’ll try and find out but maybe there’s some RV parking available here try and find that out all right let’s go and on that’s pretty cool it’s kind of viy all right then you got your throne area we’re going to have our walk-in closet right here got your built-in shelving cabinet stuff there you got lots of areas to hang you get the shelves up top I’ll go ahead and do my spin test for you guys it’s going to pass I had to bend my arm a little bit but pretty good all right so let’s go check out the other stuff that caught my attention it felt like this was all the master but maybe it’s not it’s definitely not because on this side we got more okay so scratch what I said I mean that is the master that’s the fact that’s the master I usually I save that for last that is not going to be last now right so this is there will be a door here to go to your master suite but off of the living area we still have a lining closet you got another bathroom here andard bathroom shower tub combo all right and then we got our next bedroom all right so just do me for a loop cuz I imagine the whole thing was Master right there all right so this is the grandkid room apparently this is kind of cool I wonder if this is on that QR code they had where you can buy stuff that’s kind of a cool little setup so a bed for the grandkids right I’m sure this room is big but this eats up a lot of the space and this room feels like a guess normal to a little bit bigger than normal sized bedroom this kind of is bulky you do have a little Popin closet right here and then yeah then they put like the the dressers on both sides of this like barn bed thingy you kind of see just the amount of space on the side of the house that’s why I was wondering about the RV part so trying to figure that out anyways so if you’re looking for a single story next gen this might be an option for you so you have the option to turn turn that part of the house over there into a nextg suite and you can even build out that separate entrance if you wanted to as an option but anyways this one here was called the East starting at $71,000 we had 2641 ft 5 to six bedrooms three to four bathrooms and a two or three car the r all righty guys so that was Ridgeline and lyen in albu Hill Ranch all right and these were both by py homes all right so today we toured four really cool models so whether you’re wanting you know those big two stories all right or a single story or maybe even a single story nextg we got you covered there we hopped on a map showed you guys what it’s like to actually live here right we mentioned there’s school school is right there in this community you got a school you the community park the high school is just across the freeway like less than 10 minutes that way so uh we got life covered here we show you guys what was shopping Medical Care all that good stuff things to do around here we got
