I love roasted anything! My new favorite raw veggie is Beets! I never had them as a child and was shocked how delicious they are. Better than a carrot. Roasted Brussel Sprouts are out of this world as well
We boil turnips and add a little sugar, salt and pepper, butter. Delicious!❤
Oh my gosh I love the greens and the root. I cube and roast, too. I’ve mixed with carrots & potatoes (both white and sweet). With all these good vegetables, I don’t need anything else (except maybe cornbread!)
