It kinda looks like a bladder snail egg sack. Normally bladder snails would lay eggs on the glass, plants or rock in the jar, but it seems that a snail has mistaken another snail for all of that and just dumped it’s eggs on that snails shell. So it’s probably a bladder snail egg sack

Bladder snails carry an air bubble with them under their shell…ergo: bladder. That’s how they breathe. They don’t have gills but lungs.
