  1. No, I wouldn't want to eat it… I'm allergic to many vegetables & fruits (plus dint like the taste of most veggies). I dint want to find out if I'm allergic.

  5. I've never ate that kind of cactus, but my ex wife's sister made cactus and it was good, tasted like green beans. I also eat cactus pears.

  6. The problem is that some of those cactus take years to grow that big so they are not a sustainable food source. And by eating them you could be wiping them out of the ecosystem.
