I’m new this hobby and picked up this big jar from the charity shop for like £3! If it’s not suitable for jarrarium I think I’m going to make cider or kombucha in it.
Should I make it a water or terrestrial jar? And what would you recommend putting in them?

First of, 3£ is a steal nice job!
I suggest you use this to make cider or wine, personally I think this jug is too big and won’t offer the best viewing experience.
