The boys and I have found yet another city violation yard that we want to take from the worst yard on the block to the best. This one sits in a very high traffic area so it gets a lot of eyes on it. This one only has a couple more days until the fines start rolling in so we are going to get it taken care of. There is a massive amount of work that needs to be done on the front landscaping so definitely hang in there to the end because the front area came out incredible. The boys are gonna rate this yard 1 out of 10 at the end as well so see if you agree with us! Hey thanks for all your support

Stop shearing Nandina!! They are supposed grow natural and free-form. You should thin out 1/3 of the tall canes each year to about 12” in spring and leave them alone otherwise. Destroyed the natural beauty of this plant. Not every bush should be sheared.

Awesome video code Enforcement called me to one,asking me to help the lady before they stepped in with the big fines. I thought that was amazing to me. They are just people trying to help everyone seems to try and give them a bad name. But in my case they were contacting me to help them. I think this family is just terrifically talented, as well as hard working. The young man trimming the bushes in the front yard is fantastic! Good job one and all!
Nice home & grounds.
I'm guessing someone either passed away and the one left/ moved or they both moved. Because of location they are selling for a million or more. Why it's empty. It will stay empty until others sell or move like these did. And a business/company will offer to buy the whole corner. Most of these are most likely already just renters. Some choose not to rent becausecrenters can easily be a nightmare. Except the one on the corner that had updated landscaping. Renters/landlords don'tusually update landscaping. Some choose not to rent as renters can be a colossal pain in the rear. 7 out of 10 times, they suck.
Such a shame. This home will most likely be demolished in the future.
