Make sure to give this plenty of light to encourage fuller growth. You’ll want this to be right next to a window, unless your window gets tons of south-facing sun. I’d just trim up the left stem by cutting right above the second set of little leaves. That will help it grow more further down rather than shoot up. You could also trim off the top two leaves of the right stem to encourage branching as well. These grow quickly (especially when give enough light), so don’t worry about trimming them back.

Imo considering how big that sucker is I probably would prune it off. There will be more energy for the main stem and now you have two coleus.
