The jar was from a Yankee candle and I tried to dirt it up, then I added sand and old aquarium water to it.
It had daphnia for a bit and it did have plants, but now only algae remains.
I’m wanting to move it to my bedroom but I feel it’s dull to look at.
Thoughts on how I can make it better?
Or should I just move over and convert it into a terrarium?

start a new one?
I’m no expert, if it were mine… I might clean up the sides from some of the algae. Maybe a small amount of water change, maybe not. Put a cool rock in it… Let it sit for a few weeks and re-evaluate it again in the future and watch what my changes did.
