My progress so far with my alocasia and my croton plant. When I first bought them weeks ago. They were fine but in a few days they started dying.
I cleaned up the alocasia and took off all the leaves. They started turning yellow and wilting. It had a few small roots left. After some research I planted the bulb in leca and covered it up. It grew awesome roots and is now working on a new stem and a leaf!
The croton had absolutely roots left. All the leaves were crusty and wilted. I took them all off and I took a chance and just put the stem in water. It is slowly growing roots and has 4 new leaves already!
Iam a first time owner of Alocasias and crotons hopefully it will go better now😅
