Don't be ashamed. I don't tolerate heat very well either. I am prone to heat rashes in my cleavage and heat exhaustion. I felt nausea after my last walk in our hot and humid weather. I normally feel great after walks. Had no issues walking in the Autumn and Winter.
Even wilder is that they fly from MI to Mexico then back to MI for a couple generations before the great grandkids figure out that they need to do the same round trip.!
I havent had to water but slugs,the neighbors goats and a rabbit are no fun. I have an herb patch close to the kitchen door so chives, parsley, basil, cilantro and I'm calling rocket an herb because thats what I use it for,. I have tarragon too. I've harvested leaf lettuce, spinach, chard, bunching onions, peas, raspberries, and rhubarb.

Spotted a monarch and some cabbage butterflys today in Grand Ledge MI
