Plant Propagation

How to propagate a snake plant?

I have a snake plant that had awful root rot and my last ditch effort is to propagate. I cut the smaller leaves at the stems and then dipped in a 1:5 3% hydrogen peroxide water solution then I dipped in a root growth powder.

Is that what I should’ve done? And what will the next steps be? From what I’ve gathered I should let them callus, but for how long? After they callus do I just plant them in soil or do I stick them in water? I’ve never propagated a plant before and am generally quite terrible with plants but my mom gave me this one before she passed so I’m really trying my best to keep it alive.

  1. Also should I put it under a growth lamp or leave it indirect sunlight like a snake plant usually is?
