I was looking around my giant prized philodendron to see if I could figure out where the nodes are so I could try my hand at propagating her because she is so happy and thriving. Two questions:
- How can I propagate this baby? I don’t see nodes like I’m used to on indoor plants but obviously it has giant aerial roots. Is that what I want to try to include in a cutting?
- I noticed this white gunk that I’ve never seen before! 😭 is the plant sick?! It’s really fluffy feeling, like a soft mushroom or something?
