Is this good or bad poop?

    Based on the general shape, it looks like it could be some kind of rodent scat.

    You can generally compost the poop of a healthy domestic rodent, it’s not really recommended to compost the scat of wild animals.

    That said, I’m sure everyone has had an unwelcomed visitor in their compost at some point which has left a calling card of some variety. Whether you want to remove it or not is up to you.

    Either way, I wouldn’t eat it. Just leave it in the compost.
