Opinion/advice: are these roots rotting?

Background: up until 11 days ago, this cutting was rooted in sphag. I had to dissect and soak and ever so gently rub for a few hours to get as much moss off as possible. {The last photo shows what the roots somewhat looked like when I potted it up, but I did get a LOT more moss off than that (forgot to take a final pic lol)}
I potted it up in this orchid pot with a moss pole in a mix of coco coir, orchid bark, perlite, pumice, charcoal, worm castings. It was very chunky.

The roots were sort of discolored once I took them out of the moss, but I carefully inspected for any signs of rot and there were no brown spots (not due to moss) or bad smells… so I’m not sure. I’m pretty new to this lol.

Any advice is welcome and appreciated! 🫶🌱🙂

    Edit to add: I have seen several spots of new root growth with some white fuzzy roots since repotting so the health does not look like it’s going downhill, but there are some yellowing on the edge of a few leaves and a few crispy brown tips. I just fertilized two days ago with half strength foliage pro
