I water it every couple days and it gets indirect sunlight. It's a soilmix out of 50% seramis 40% normal soil and 10% sand.
It started few days ago and maybe it happens because there's is less light or it could be worse (fungal infestation).
Can someone give me a advice that stops my plant tuning to chocolate?

You water it every couple of days?! That sounds very frequent!!
I water mine once a week or longer. It’s better to wait for them to look a little droopy and give them a good drink as opposed to keeping them wet all the time.
